Electronic Lien and Title View & Manage Liens
When a Florida Title Application or a Florida Notice of Lien is submitted to a tag agency or tax collector office, they will transmit the lienholder and title information directly to your Florida ELT account.
Within your Florida ELT account you're able to see, sort, filter, and search for all the liens that have been assigned to your business. If there happens to be an error with the lien or title information, you have the option to report the errors from within Florida ELT and wait for corrections to be made by the Florida FLHSMV.
