Electronic Lien and Title
Florida ELT is a distinguished certified provider of electronic lien and title (ELT) services in Florida (and other states).
Auto Data Direct's (ADD) acquisition of USA ELT will allow dealers and lienholders to access and manage all their services under a single portal with a single login, while providing access to ADD’s suite of online tools.
Through an ADD account, USA ELT clients will now be able to:
- Activate and manage ELT services through a single interface
- Apply for ELT lienholder numbers in ALL active ELT states
- Print or email lien satisfaction letters (with option to add company logo)
- Search real-time owner and lienholder status information in multiple states
- Search vehicle title histories with NMVTIS Title Check
- Create and send customer notification letters via DirectPost-Office
Florida Statutes dictate that the Florida ELT system be used by all businesses that finance vehicles, vessels and mobile homes in the state of Florida.
The Florida ELT system is used by lienholders (in-state and out-of-state) for viewing and managing Florida liens where you are named as a lienholder, releasing liens that have been paid off, and printing electronic titles. We provide 100% full Florida DHSMV compliance.
