Electronic Lien and Title Release Liens

With Florida ELT and its connection with the Florida DHMSV, businesses that receive a vehicle payoff will be able to release the lien on the vehicle electronically. Titles will stay in electronic form after the lien is released, but can be printed if you choose.

Each release requires a digital signature and a unique authentication confirmation to ensure that only pre-selected users have access. If you give employees access to your Florida ELT account, you can restrict their ability to release liens.
